Changes

• Removed the CEC monitor timeout; it was useless (thanks Herr S.)

Fixes

• Long responses over serial/usb (f.e. the response to ipconfig:get) no longer cause a reboot
• Restored ability to send <Polling Message> from all interfaces (thanks Christie)
• Added raw HTML to base web page - shows up only in case Javascript fails to hide it (which happens if Javascript is off or if the code contains a bug)
